Sanitary napkins are very easy to use. The following is a step-by-step guide for using sanitary napkins:

1.Choose the appropriate sanitary napkin: First, you should choose a sanitary napkin that suits your traffic and preferences. Consider factors such as size and thickness. It is recommended to choose high absorption sanitary napkins.

2.Clean hands: Before using sanitary pads, we should always remember to wash hands thoroughly with soap and water to maintain hygiene.

3.Remove the mat from the packaging: Take out a single mat from the packaging, remember to handle it gently and do not tear or damage the mat.

4.Place sanitary napkins on underwear: Tear off the adhesive padding and place the sanitary napkins on the underwear. Make sure the adhesive side is facing downwards, gently stick it in the center of the underwear and press it down.

5.Fixed wing guard: Fold the wing guard onto both sides of the underwear and secure the sanitary napkin in place. This will help prevent leaks.

6.Adjust comfort: Ensure that the cushion is fixed in the center and comfortably fits your body. At the same time, it is necessary to distinguish between daily and nighttime sanitary napkins.  

7.Regularly replace sanitary napkins: Always replace disposable sanitary napkins every 4 to 6 hours, or replace them more frequently as needed to maintain hygiene and prevent leaks.

8.Dispose of used sanitary napkins: When replacing sanitary napkins, fold them up and wrap them in toilet paper or special processing packaging paper (if available). Dispose of used sanitary napkins properly in the trash can. Do not flush sanitary napkins into the toilet, as it may cause blockage problems.

9.Wash hands again: After removing and disposing of used sanitary pads, be sure to wash hands thoroughly with soap and water to maintain better hygiene.
