[Surface layer: mesh, cotton soft]
The main material is non-woven fabric or perforated membrane, which plays a role of penetration and isolation. This surface layer is in direct contact with the skin, and you can feel its comfort by touching it with your hands. There are currently two types: mesh surface and cotton soft surface.
organic soft skin soft nonwoven mesh surface funnel-shaped holes have better anti-reflow ability than straight barrel-shaped holes, and the penetrated liquid is not easy to flow back. At present, basically every product uses funnel-type perforated membrane, and its biggest advantage lies in its strong permeability. Dry surface layer can prevent local skin from suffering from moisture.
Soft surface sanitary napkin cotton soft surface has more affinity with the skin, although it is inferior to the mesh surface in terms of penetration performance. But if replaced in time, it will not only be comfortable, but also reduce the occurrence of allergies.
[Absorption layer: polymer, absorption]
The absorption function is completed by fluff pulp or dust-free paper. In order to make the product have better absorption capacity, some products are added with
anion sanitary napkins, a polymer water-absorbent resin. Fancy terms such as blue core and concentrated absorber actually refer to the use of materials such as polymer composite paper, which can achieve better absorption effects. It is better if it does not seep back after being pressed and there is no sticky feeling on the surface.
The main material is polyethylene film to prevent leakage. The bottom layer is preferably made of breathable material, which can effectively reduce moisture and heat between the sanitary napkin and the body, and maintain a dry and fresh feeling. The back is coated with hot melt glue for fixation. The viscosity of the back glue is also an evaluation indicator of the quality of sanitary napkins. The bigger the viscosity, the better. If it is too high, it will damage the underwear, and if it is too small, it will shift during use.
