It's hard to imagine life without disposable diapers. After becoming widely available in the late 1960s and early 1970s, disposables are now the norm in much of the world – and for good reason. There's no denying that throwaway diapers are a major convenience for many parents.
Disposables are such a given, in fact, that few wonder what they're made of. But it's a reasonable question for a product that spends so many hours in direct contact with your child's most sensitive areas. What's really in disposable diapers?
While disposable diapers seem simple, they have more materials and parts than you might think. A whole disposable diaper can be devided into 8 parts.
1.Soft Colorful Backsheet
Breathable and comfrotable, keep baby feel dry and clean and strong enough against being broken. Will have two different kinds: one is PE film, the other is Clothlike film. The Clothlike film will more soft than PE film.
2.Non-woven Fabric Top-sheet
The top-sheet is directly touched with baby's skin. It must be soft to avoiding damage baby's skin and let baby feel comfortable.
3.Re-adjustable Tapes
The tape is the only way to fixed the diaper. So it need easy use and reusable as many times as you can; strong and sticky. It will have different types. Like PP tape, Magic tape, S tape and Elastic big ear tape.
4.Absorbent Core
A disposable diaper's absorbent center contains fluff pulp (usually imported from USA) and super-absorbent polymers, we usually called SAP. It can soak up to 30 times its weight in urine and it allowed diapers to become both thinner and more effective at keeping babies dry. Say goodbye to rashes.
5.3D Leak Prevention Channel
It is well fitting, take good care of baby legs and prevent the side leakage efficiently.
6.Leg Cuff
Very soft to touched with baby's skin and help moms don't worry about the leak problem.
7.Elastic Waistband
Elastic Waistband can make baby feel soft, protect baby's waist, ensure free movements and preventing back leak. Now, we not only have common one, but also have extra-wide elastic waistband.
